My Village - by Ahmed Ali -

My village's name is Al-Manoomah. It is the last village in Al Seeb and after it comes Al-Batinah region.
My village has a very nice and clean beach. a lot of people come to the beach specially on the weekend.
Most of the people in my village own a boat and work as fishermen. It's not their main job but they look at it as a traditional job that was passed to them by their fathers and there is some kind of fun in doing it.
My village is very organized because it's right next to one of the biggest palaces that belong to Sultan Qaboos. It's called Bait al Barakah palace.
There is also, in my village, a private villa built by Sultan Qaboos to an important man who works in the military.

The main reason for building bridges is to span physical obstacles such as valley, road, or body of water, to provide passage over it. The bridge is designed according to the reason of building it, the funds available  to build it, the nature where it is constructed and the material that will be used for building it.
